No, the vouchers are meant as gifts. If you already have a preferred date for the activity, you can sign up directly.
We don't have fixed registration deadlines. However, it's a good idea to book your preferred date as early as possible. About 1-2 weeks before the date is ideal. This gives us enough time to organize your experience. Last-minute registrations with just a few days' notice are usually possible too, but we can't always guarantee availability.
Registrations are generally done online. Just head over to www.adventurebase.ch, click "Book an appointment", and you can enter your voucher number or sign up directly without one. We'll then check your preferred date and send you a confirmation email. > go directly to registration
Sure. But we absolutely (!) need a separate registration for each voucher. In the comment field, please write "together with ..." so we know who's coming as a group. After you finish the first registration, you can use the "register more people" button to add the next person. Please note: additional voucher numbers in the comment field won't be considered! If none of the participants have a voucher, you can freely enter the number of participants during the booking process. In that case, we only need one registration for everyone.
Yes, in this case, however, you'll need to register without a voucher and enter your voucher number plus the note "please apply" in the comment field.
Please double-check your voucher number for any typos! Sometimes 'U' and 'V' get mixed up, or there might be an extra space at the end. If it's still not working, no worries! Just send us an email with the voucher number (as much as you can see) and, if you know it, the name of the person who ordered it. We'll get the correct number over to you right away!
This is generally possible. However, keep in mind that the person might already have other plans for that date and won't have time. So, it's a good idea to double-check if they can make the appointment. In these situations, we usually suggest giving a gift voucher instead, so they can pick a date that works best for them.
If you sign up without a voucher, we'll send you an invoice by email for prepayment, depending on the offer, or you can pay for your experience by credit card or cash on site. The payment method will be shown in the confirmation email.
Most activities only take place in good weather. However, some experiences, like River Rafting, can easily go ahead even if it's not super sunny. You'll find more details about this in your confirmation email after you sign up for your chosen experience.
No worries, we'll find a new date. Just reply to your confirmation email and let us know your preferred new dates. We'll update your booking and arrange the new appointment for you.
Yes, if you have an appointment for an Adventurebase activity, you can cancel or reschedule it by email or phone. You can find information about cancellation fees and deadlines in point 14 of our GTCs.
Sure, we'd be happy to send you a non-binding offer for your custom group event.
Don't forget to bring your voucher, or your ticket if you paid in advance. You won't be able to do the activity without a valid voucher/ticket. What you need to bring for each specific activity is on your booking confirmation.
