Some activities depend on the weather. The decision about the weather will be communicated directly to you by the base leader, as per your confirmation email. If you need to know the weather forecast a bit earlier, you can reach them beforehand at the number provided.
If your guide cancels, you can tell them your new preferred date directly. If you don't know it yet, you can send us an email later. Ideally, reply directly to your confirmation email. With a voucher, you have up to 2 years to let us know a new date. After that, the voucher expires.
No. Your second preferred date is only relevant when you sign up, in case your first date isn't possible. If you need to reschedule, you'll need to let us know your new preferred date.
You can give us the new date straight away or email it to us later. If you have a voucher, just enter the code again in our form. You'll then get a new confirmation email with your preferred new date.
