At Adventurebase, we offer paragliding flights for every budget. Our prices start from just CHF 180 for a standard tandem flight. Costs vary depending on the flight duration, altitude difference, and chosen flying area (e.g., Davos, Zurich, or Ticino). Your flight time really depends on the type of flight you choose and the thermal conditions:
Taster Flights: Enjoy about 10 to 15 minutes of pure flight time – perfect for getting a feel for it.
Thermal flights: We use updrafts here and often stay in the air for 30 to 45 minutes or even longer.
The whole experience (including the ride up to the launch site, briefing, and getting ready) usually takes between 1.5 and 2 hours.
You'll need sturdy footwear (like hiking boots or good trainers) because we'll walk a few steps at the start.
A windproof jacket and long trousers suitable for the weather (even in summer).
Sunglasses and (in winter) gloves. We'll provide the helmet and all the flight equipment for you.

No. A tandem paragliding flight doesn't require any special athletic skills. You just need to be able to run a few meters at the start, and your body weight shouldn't be more than 100kg.
